As a real estate service provider, Creative Lines Real Estate offers intangible services such as brokerage, leasing, sales facilitation, consultation, and administrative support. Therefore, traditional product return policies do not apply.
All booking deposits and holding fees paid to reserve a property are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
If the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the client’s control and through no fault of their own, Creative Lines Real Estate will strive to refund the deposit or offer a suitable alternative, subject to approval by the landlord or developer.
Brokerage and administrative service fees paid to Creative Lines Real Estate are non-refundable once the transaction is finalized or documentation is processed.
If a transaction is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, any refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and subject to management approval.
For off-plan properties purchased through our agency, return and refund requests are governed by the developer’s policies and applicable Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
Creative Lines Real Estate can assist in facilitating communication between clients and developers regarding refund processes but does not hold responsibility for final refund decisions.
If a tenant cancels after confirming a rental agreement and paying a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
In case of any disputes, our team will mediate fairly, in accordance with RERA and Dubai tenancy laws.
Any approved refund will be processed within 15–30 business days, depending on the payment method and involved third parties.
